People
Everyone should know what they own, where they add value and how their work affects the next person.
Running a business wasn't supposed to feel like this.
The day begins with a clear head and a decent plan.
Then the questions start arriving from every direction.
Customers need answers.
Staff need certainty.
The important work waits behind all the urgent work.
The tools meant to lighten the load become one more thing to carry.
By the afternoon, every decision has found its way back to you.
The business has grown.
The way it works hasn't.
A CALMER WAY FORWARD
MYCOR finds what's making your business harder to run, then improves the systems behind it — so work runs more smoothly, decisions are clearer and less depends on you.
WHY IT STARTS TO FEEL HARD
Every small change solves one problem while quietly creating another. A person picks something up, a workaround becomes normal, a tool gets added and the business keeps moving.
Then one day the work still gets done, but it takes more checking, more chasing and more of you than it should.
THE FOUNDATIONS
When the work feels heavy, it is usually because people, processes and tools have stopped supporting each other.
Bring those parts back together and the business becomes easier to trust, easier to manage and easier to grow.
Everyone should know what they own, where they add value and how their work affects the next person.
The right way of working should be the easiest way to follow, without constant reminders or last-minute fixes.
Every tool should save time, reduce checking and remove one more thing from somebody's head.
HOW MYCOR WORKS
We begin by understanding where work becomes difficult, then redesign the parts causing the strain and help put the better way into practice.
We look at how enquiries, information, decisions and everyday work currently move through the business.
We identify repeated questions, unclear handovers, duplicated work and disconnected tools creating unnecessary strain.
We simplify the process, clarify responsibilities and choose technology that genuinely supports the work.
We put the improved system in place, help people use it confidently and refine it until it works naturally.
The result is not another system to manage. It is a business where work moves more clearly, fewer things depend on memory, and less needs your constant attention.
AFTER MYCOR
The pressure begins to lift when work has a clearer shape. People know what they own, where things belong and what should happen next.
Work becomes quieter.
Not because people work harder.
Because everyone knows what comes next.
Questions become answers.
Processes become habits.
Technology supports the work instead of interrupting it.
The business becomes easier to run, and easier to trust.
That is what MYCOR exists to build: clearer ownership, calmer systems and more room for the people leading the business.
FREE BUSINESS CHECKS

WHY MYCOR EXISTS
MYCOR wasn't created because AI became popular.
It was created because too many good businesses spend their days fighting systems that should have been helping them.
We believe technology should quietly support people, not become another job in itself.
Businesses deserve systems that are as thoughtful as the people who built them.
That belief shapes every decision we make.
Every improvement should make the business easier to understand, easier to run and easier to trust.
The right systems remove unnecessary effort, giving people more time to focus on the work they do best.
Quick fixes solve today's problems. Thoughtful systems prevent tomorrow's.

WHY I BUILT MYCOR
MYCOR wasn't created because I wanted to start another agency.
It came from years of noticing the same pattern.
Good people weren't failing because they lacked effort.
They were working inside systems that quietly made good work harder than it needed to be.
I couldn't stop noticing it.
The more businesses I looked at, the more I realised the problem was rarely the people.
It was the way the work had evolved around them.
That became the reason MYCOR exists.
I built MYCOR because I kept seeing businesses full of capable people losing time to work that had become harder than it needed to be. I have always been drawn to the quiet parts of a business: how decisions move, how ownership is shared, and how a simple process can either create confidence or drain it. I do not think businesses become stronger by becoming more complicated. I think they become stronger when the right things become simple. When systems are thoughtful, people feel it. The work becomes calmer, leaders see more clearly, and teams have more room to do the things they are actually good at.
That is the kind of improvement I care about: useful, human, and easier to live with. MYCOR is one part of a longer journey: building things that make everyday business feel less like constant firefighting and more like steady progress. The focus is simple: build systems that make good work easier, and build businesses that simply work better.
WHAT WE HELP WITH
Whether the pressure comes from unclear processes, disconnected systems or work that keeps returning to the same people, MYCOR helps simplify the way the business operates so it becomes easier to run and easier to grow.
01
Understand how work currently moves through the business and where unnecessary complexity has developed.
02
Create clearer workflows, responsibilities and handovers so work naturally reaches the right people.
03
Choose and connect the right tools so they support the business instead of becoming more work to manage.
04
Help the team adopt the improved way of working so the changes become part of everyday business rather than another document that gets forgotten.
WHERE MYCOR CAN HELP
MYCOR does not sell a list of software services. We look at where work, information, customers or decisions are getting held up, then improve what is actually causing the problem.
01
Make sure interest reaches the right person, receives a response and does not disappear between tools or inboxes.
02
Make quoting clearer to prepare, easier to track and less dependent on someone remembering the next step.
03
Improve confirmations, reminders, scheduling and the movement from agreed work into delivery.
04
Collect the right information once, in the right place, without repeated chasing or unnecessary back-and-forth.
05
Remove duplicate entry, repeated manual steps and small tasks that quietly consume attention every week.
06
Make ownership, handovers and next actions clearer so work does not keep returning to the same person.
07
Reduce searching, retyping and fragmented information so people can find what they need to do the work.
08
Connect acceptance, payment, completion and follow-up where those parts should naturally work together.
Sometimes the right answer is a small fix. Sometimes several parts need to be connected. The point is to improve what matters, not to add complexity for its own sake.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
You do not need to change the whole business at once. Start by understanding what is happening, improve one clear problem, or connect several parts that need to work better together.
01
UNDERSTAND
One business problem, properly understood before a solution is chosen. MYCOR investigates how the relevant work actually behaves and what deserves to change.
What you get
One problem
Investigated in context
Useful investigation comes before a proposed intervention.
02
IMPROVE
If one part of the business is clearly causing problems, MYCOR can improve that part without turning it into a bigger project than it needs to be.
Examples
Scoped around the problem
Useful when the problem is already clear enough to discuss directly.
03
CONNECT
When several problems are connected, MYCOR can bring the relevant parts together into one clearer way of working.
Examples
Designed around the business
For broader work where fixing one isolated part would leave the real problem in place.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We begin by understanding what is happening now, agree the most useful next step and stay close enough to make sure the improvement works in everyday practice.
We begin with a straightforward conversation about how things work now, where the pressure is being felt and what you would like to make easier.
We look closely at what is happening so we can understand the real problem rather than only what is visible on the surface.
You receive a clear view of what is happening, what is worth changing first and what the most useful next step would be.
If further work is agreed, we introduce the improvement carefully with the people who will actually use it.
We stay involved long enough to make sure the new way of working is practical, understood and actually works day to day.
No unnecessary ceremony. Just a clear understanding of the problem, a practical next step and support making it work.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
To leave the business clearer than we found it.Everything we recommend should reduce unnecessary complexity, make work easier to understand and give people more confidence in how the business runs.
Not what is most expensive.
If complexity can be removed, it will be.
Never replace good judgement.
Not simply different.
we've done our job.
Running a business will always require decisions.
But those decisions should no longer depend on everything flowing back through one person.
When people understand their responsibilities, processes are clear and technology quietly supports the work, the business becomes calmer, clearer and easier to lead.
That is what MYCOR exists to build.
START WITH CLARITY
If one business problem needs to be understood before a solution is chosen, MYCOR ONE is the place to begin. If you already know what needs fixing, tell us where work is getting stuck.
No assumptions.
No unnecessary complexity.
Just a practical first step.
A useful route into the right level of help.
